Our factory buy the aluminium ingot carefully and then melt them
adding some metallic elements to control the aluminium bar correctly.
We know material is important because metallic elements
rate % higher or lower can affect the finishing profiles.
When extruding the mill finish profiles, tooling/moulds is a important key. So we open the high quality toolings/moulds.
These toolings are made according to custom-made drawings, we keep the precise size and its tolerance .
In the following steps, like deep processing(cutting, drilling), surface(painting, polishing, anodization), packing.
We control the quality according to customer's specification like drawings, confirmed samples,etc.
